How Did This Estimation Company Come into Existence in MD?
This company was born out of a problem I faced when I was a general contractor. I loved being on-site working on projects, but I struggled to find the time to prepare estimates for future work. It was not just me; I found that many other contractors had the same issue.
We were all too busy building to focus on bidding for the next project. In 2006, I decided to take matters into my own hands and started this company. The goal was to support other contractors by providing them with professional, on-time estimates they could depend on.
Early Challenges That We Tackled
The beginning wasn’t easy. At first, it was just me and a small team working hard to prove ourselves. Maryland Estimating spends countless hours perfecting our work to make sure every estimate was right. Earning trust in this industry takes time, but with each successful project, more contractors came to us for help.
